The Commercial Data Science Platform processes personal data only for legitimate business purposes, including account management, analytics and AI-powered features. We collect personal data (such as your name and email address) only when you voluntarily provide it through our forms, and use it to deliver the content, services and communications you request. Uploaded datasets and generated artifacts are tenant-scoped and never shared across accounts or sold.
Legal bases
We rely on contract (to provide the service), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the platform) and consent (for optional communications) as applicable.
Data storage and security
Data is stored securely with encryption in transit and strict access controls. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described, subject to our approved retention policy.
