• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf; and
• Your electronic or physical signature.

• Your full legal name
• Contact information
• Identification of the copyrighted work
• URL of the allegedly infringing content
• A statement of good-faith belief
• Your physical or digital signature

3. Where to send notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA complaint we will investigate and take appropriate action, including removal of the content where required.

4. Counter-notice
